Nice to hear of something positive for consumers. As you know Alaska Airlines sparked this, as they've done this for at least a decade. But less waiting for a bag is a positive thing for travelers and I applaud them for doing so.

Re: Best Ways To Reach Heathrow Airport Quickly In London
I just noticed this morning in TravelGumbo News that Heathrow Express is cutting its fares because of competiton with train service that wasn't mentioned here. That's what used to be called Heathrow Connect, and is now called TfL Rail, and will soon be called the Elizabeth Line. It's only 15 minutes slower than the Express, and the price is the same as the Tube. Both of those go only to Paddington Station in London, way in the West End, but once TfL Rail is connected to the new Crossrail...

Travel Rob is right on about being persistent--and organized. What I will find and post later is information I got originally from Rob on how to figure the contacts when they're not listed! I'd also add: When you've got the contacts, write directly to the top, explaining how disappointed you are that a company with such a good reputation has done such a poor job for you. No heat, no accusations, no names: The point is to get your case in the hands of the assistant whose job is to smooth the...

I understand the importance of graphics in communication, especially where numbers of languages are involved, but this seems to me to be just a trendy fad, at least in the Aloft version.
