No, it won't stop at Diagon Alley or any of the other Harry Potter locations, but Transport for London will start 24-hour service next spring on 5 major lines and part of another. The service will start with weekends, but may expand. There will be 6 trains an hour between 12:30 am and 6 am. Details HERE from Tom Meyer's EuroCheapo site (one of my favorites).
