Looks very much like Fiats of its time, but it's acually a SEAT 600, a Spanish domestic model that did for Spain's auto industry what the Beetle did for Germany's. First produced in 1957.

Thanks for the correction, PHeymont. Couldn't read the manufacturer's label as it cruised by (looks in the photo like it's standing still but was probably rolling along at 30 km/h).
