Thank you for the suggestions! I wanted to mainly see if we needed fast track tickets anywhere there could be a line. With all we want to see, I don't want to waste time standing in line anywhere. Yes, I should have added the royal yacht to the things we want to do.

Well, another one bites the dust...Jonathan L identified it by e-mail as a view of Stockholm Cathedral in the background, and it is. You're looking up HelgaLekamensgrand from Stora Nygaten, and Jonathan recognized it from the Stampen jazz club in the foreground—and Mac's remark makes it clear he's got it, too! If you can, pay the extra to go straight into Marrakech as going in via Casa is more hassle and time that detracts from the fun of your holiday. Worth noting also that some of the high-bonus (and high annual fee for some) credit cards include varying forms of lounge access for cardholders, even when traveling in cattle class. I've got one now that provides Lounge Club, whose members are only occasionally airline-operated, and another that provides AA Admiral's Club. I'm looking forward to trying that one out!
