Thanks! I enjoyed this...and hope that Sorrento's beer makes it here to the U.S. I'm going to contact our local importers to see if there's a chance!

My curiosity is also piqued about this Italian beer. Not sure if I tried beer in Italy. Wine seems to be flowing out of ever crack in every building, but I'll need to give it a try next time I'm there. Hi praise from a Canadian, I might add.

Peroni is a good example of Italian Beer. Crisp tasting with a malty flavour. A white frothy head and sparkling. Available around the world. Drunk with Pizza and Italian food at UK restaurants.

Beautiful landscapes DrF. I especially like the stone walls and dwellings. There are similar ones in Malta except they are made of limestone

The landscapes of the Dingle Peninsula are truly beautiful and memorable. What will especially stick with me are the many rocks and stones and how they were used -- fences, beehive huts, even a grand old church (Gallarus Oratory). I become more and more intrigued by Malta ever day, IslandMan. It is quickly moving up my travel list!

Slea Head on The Dingle Peninsula is one of my favorite places in the world, even though it is not in Italy. The Slea Head Cafe is also one of my favorite places for a latte, a brownie, and the VIEW. The coffee and dessert. Between Sea Head and Dingle Town is the Stonehouse Restaurant, which overlooks the Dingle Bay. The crabmeat sandwich on brown bread was really good along with the view.

As many times as I've visited Vancouver, I've never been to the top of this tower. Will have to make a point of doing so when I'm next there on a clear day. Vancouver is perhaps the most beautiful city in the world (I know, many places are), but the setting is absolutely magnificent. Sadly, it's been overpopulated and is now one of the most expensive cities in North America. But it still is lovely, as your blog so clearly shows. Thanks, Samantha!

So glad that you and Gene had a good time. Vancouver is a beautiful city but as the good Doctor mentioned it has become overpopulated and expensive. Looks like you had some very nice weather though. Dining in the tower is a great way to enjoy the view. The last time I did that was in the early 80s. Happy belated Anniversary as well.
