"Does the rest of the picture suggest somewhere else?" Sorry, Sr. Puzzler, in a word, no. At least for me, with 3 of the 4 clues where Gumbo isn't, and the one that is, mostly a bunch of weeds. I'll be truly impressed by those who come up with the actual location.

I think that's it! The benches look the same, even the palm trees, a clump of 2 and another of 5 on the left and the bunch on the right. And the piling out of line on the left. That's got to be it. Good job.
