I have to agree with your recommendations! Stunning beauty in every direction and the best snorkeling I've ever experienced. It was very freeing to explore the island on our own and take our time. I have to say, the BVI was the most romantic, most memorable trips we've ever taken. Loved St Agustin in Gran Canaria. Stayed right on the water at the Don Gregory. Very little to no wet weather and lots of sunshine. Lots to explore on the island and wonderful cuisine. One other island I'd like to add to the list is Martinique because of the lush tropical parks, wildlife, excellent cuisine, and the volcano Mont Pelee.

One can take a train or bus or flight to the capital city of Trivandrum and from there take another train or taxi to reach Varkala. When taking the train one needs to disembark at Sivagiri, the closest station. By road one can drive up all the way to the cliff side, where there’s a huge helipad also overlooking the waters, and used occasionally for special purposes. For both tourists and locals...
