Re: Visiting and Then Moving to Sunny Brisbane

GarryRF ·
Brisbane truly is an amazing city. I was there at Christmas time when the weather is really HOT. The beach is illuminated so the kids can have fun after sunset without burning their skin. The Drive Thru Bottle Shop. Santa Claus and his helpers all arrived on Harley Davidson motor bikes. Surfers Paradise and the Slots everywhere ! The Meter Maids in their Gold Bikinis rolling around on their skates adding quarters to Parking Meters about to run out. The Gold Coast is one of those places you...

Visiting and Then Moving to Sunny Brisbane

ArronHidd ·
A couple years back when I was first planning this simple vacation, I never thought it would be as life changing as it was. But life is unpredictable that way, and this story is definitely one for the grandkids. Neue Galerie has an exhibit with a dual purpose: reproducing the infamous Nazi exhibit "Degenerate Art" of 1937, and commenting on its effects, both then and now. Also at the Galerie, which focuses on German and Austrian art of the last century, is an exhibition...

How to go from Los Angeles airport to the city

Tiffy ·
Up to 7 airports are located in Los Angeles. Here's a tip: If you plan to take an internal flight, leaving or going to Los Angeles, look carefully at the airport code. LAX is the international airport of Los Angeles, but you can also see codes like LGB for Long Beach or SNA. Beware of the airport you are going to, since not all are equally well connected. If upon arrival you plan to pick up a rental car and there’s an office there, great, but if not, sometimes private transport becomes...

Right from the food-loving New Orleans to the artsy Asheville, there are so many cities in the USA all ready to just blow your minds apart.
