New security measures for U.S.-bound flights are looking for possible hidden non-metallic explosives. One concern is the possibility that explosives could be placed in a hollowed-out phone, laptop, etc. and set to detonate when the device is turned on. So, you may be asked to turn devices on at security, and may not be allowed to carry uncharged devices. DETAILS
