Try some guesses folks! 292 have taken a look without a peep. But I will post a new clue later this evening!

Clue #2...another view

Okay, it is hard to see what is in the dome, but the art work outside the dome is definitely civil and not religious.  There is a seascape in one corner. So Spain or Portugal are my first guesses.

Agree with Jonathan's observations.  Not a religious building.  Likely something like a city hall, library or other government structure.  But still no idea where.

Another day, another clue...

So definitely governmental (at least originally). I am not as sure about southern europe, but I have not proof one way or the other.

People seem to be peering at some displayed documents, so I'm favoring some kind of library....

And now we take a quick look from the outside for Clue #4, sharing a bronze someone's point of view...

IDK good one to be stumped.  Thought a Caribbean or West African Nation capitol; then the Christmas Trees brought us back to North America, and we settled upon Harrisburg, PA. Probably early in December since no snow outside.  Beautiful building, the eye can't take in all the detail, wherever it is.
