The small, mostly uninhabited town of Marysville, which I wrote about in a blog post not long ago, had one resident who was truly into the celebration of Halloween.
For most Americans, Halloween is a relatively minor celebration. Still, I've known many for whom the day is the most important of the year—more so than Christmas or Thanksgiving. They dress up in elaborate costumes, decorate their homes and yards, and await the arrival of children trick-or-treating at dusk.
This home in Marysville is an example of one of these elaborately prepared homes. I hope you enjoy its decorations as much as the owners wanted you to.
