Breakfast at Ye Old Pancake Station, Amarillo

As a fan of good pancakes, it's hard for me not to check out a place that claims to have the "World's Best Pancakes".

While visiting Amarillo recently, my wife and I made our way through some of its side streets to Ye Olde Pancake Station. It's a modest building and it was busy inside.

Our breakfast consisted of blueberry pancakes and sides of eggs and bacon. The pancakes were massive and delicious -- a meal in themselves. I'm not sure if they're the "World's Best", but they are in the running. A solid "thumbs up"!
