Very interesting article. We have been to Croatia, but never quite made it to Split. We shall avoid flying Croatian Airlines! I never had a very high opinion of Star Alliance in any case. Lufthansa is one of the founding members and we have had terrible experiences with them.

Visiting the Roman Ruins at Volubilis, Morocco

DrFumblefinger visits the ruins of the Roman city of Volubilis in northern Morocco. The city thrived during its short period of Roman occupation but was abandoned. A massive earthquake in 1755 caused most of the structures to collapse. Restoration has partially restored key buildings.
