What happened to London's Night Tube?

 

The  London Underground Night Tube originally was set to run on Fridays and Saturdays on five Tube lines through central London.

But the Night Tube not gone according to plan. Several delays in start dates and Tube strikes have met this proposal. Talks between London Underground and the unions over pay and conditions haven't been resolved. The Tube strikes last year caused disruption for commuters and more strikes are set this year for the evenings of January 26,  February 15 and February 17.

BBC Transport Correspondent in London ,Tom Edwards wrote  about the Night Tube :

 "At the very earliest it could perhaps be introduced in the summer.

But I have not met one person who will give you a start date, such is the drift on this once flagship project."
