She believes she can fly...no ticket needed!

Marilyn Hartman seems to have a need to fly, and no intention of bothering with mundane issues such as tickets or security. The 63-year-old California woman has a long history as a serial stowaway, and a number of arrests while trying. Considering how hard it is these days for a ticketed and credentialed passenger to get on board, that's amazing!

She was arrested a few days ago, lingering around security at Chicago Midway, just a few days after a bust for "lingering in a restricted area" at Chicago O'Hare. As far as is known, she wasn't arriving or departing this time, but in past incidents she's made it from San Jose to LAX, from Minneapolis to Jacksonville, and more.

Of course, she's not alone. There have been other publicized incidents, and it turns out there have been 268 incidents of stowaways or breaches of airport security—at least that's the number known to TSA.
