Orlando Breaks 62 Million Visitor Mark

Visit Orlando, announced today that Orlando ,had more than 62 million visitors in 2014. That's a record for the US and an increase of 5 % over 2013 . A record 32 million room nights were sold in Orlando in 2014 . New attractions at theme parks, an expansion and renovation of the Orange County Convention Center, and the opening of the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, were some of the reasons given for the increase.
