Gumbo was found by the amazing George G at Oaso Station on the Chichibu Railway located in Saitama Prefecture, Japan!
The railway operates two railway lines and was founded in 1899. The railway's passenger service mainly concentrates getting passengers to tourist sites along the line as seen on the murals of the train. There is even a train hauled by a steam locomotive , part of the year, that attracts many Japanese tourists.
Chichibu Railway's also hauls limestone from Mount Buko. A major shareholder is Taiheiyo Cement Corporation.
Very cool old features of the train and the lack of automation is part of it's charm.
