MSC Cruises adds another U.S. port

MSC Cruises, a Europe-based operation, is putting more and more resources into the North American market, adding another port and one of its largest ships to the mix.

MSC Seascape, a ship with room for nearly six thousand passengers, will operate cruises out of Galveston, Texas, starting in November 2025. It will sail 7-day cruises to Costa Maya and Cozumel in Mexico and Isla de Roatan in Honduras with a variety of activities and excursions.

The new Galveston base is MSC's fifth in the U.S., following Miami, with three ships, Port Canaveral near Orlando and New York.

The best part of every trip is realizing that it has upset your expectations
