Even though we can’t travel right now, this is a great time to look back at previous travel photos, reminisce with travel companions, and plan for new adventures—at least that’s what I am doing.

Although I have been a travel writer for more than 40 years, I also worked full time as a writer/editor for the Postal Service. I traveled throughout the U.S. with my family when I worked for USPS, but I always said when I retired I would travel internationally. I have been very fortunate to travel to six continents and more than 50 countries over the past six years.
Exotic and familiar: The animals of Tanzania's Serengeti National Park, and an English church many will recognize from its role in Downton Abbey.
These are only a few photos of my travels. I am enjoying looking back as well as planning for future trips. Like you, my trips were postponed, but not canceled!
