Many animals hide their babies in the rock outcroppings of Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park. Not only is it ideal for hiding, but it gives the mother a good vantage point to spot predators coming close.

I was on a National Geographic Journeys with G Adventures safari when I observed this behavior.
