On a walk through Brooklyn's Botanic Garden, on my way to the Rose Garden, I took a detour along the path that passes through the Japanese Hill and Pond Garden.

It's always a pleasant walk, combining views of rustic structures, old trees, and the water. It's a bit off the most-traveled paths and always brings a peaceful feeling as I walk.
