Icelandair adds new route to Montreal

 Icelandair 757

Icelandair continues its route expansion with new service betweeen Keflavik airport in Iceland and Trudeau airport in Montreal.  The service will be seasonal starting  May 16, 2016 through November 8, 2016, and will operate 4 days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays) using the airline's standard Boeing 757 aircraft.  Montreal is the airline’s fifth destination in Canada, and its first in Quebec.

This is in addition to routes Icelandair has added in the past year to Aberdeen, Scotland, Portland, OR, Chicago IL, and Brussels, Belgium.  The airline is a popular means for people to visit Iceland while traveling to or from North America and Europe.  Icelandair offers a stop in Iceland at no additional charge for its transAtlantic passengers
