In New York's concrete canyons, it's possible to lose track of the city's connection to the sea...but not when you're out on a harbor trip on a tour from the South Street Seaport. This scene looks up the mouth of the Hudson River from the Upper Bay, with New Jersey on the left. Our tour was on the retired harbor tug W.O. Decker, currently undergoing restoration.
