Check your tickets: Industry turbulence changes schedules!

Most airlines sell tickets starting about 11 months ahead of flight time...but keep checking. It's not just bad weather that's causing rescheduling—airline mergers lead to changing schedules (sometimes by as much as 12 hours) or to flights no longer serving cities with less demand. So, if you have reservations...check them, and check out this story from the Wall Street Journal.
