Cathedral of Christ the Savior, Moscow, Russia

In 2006, I visited Moscow, where I visited the rebuilt Cathedral of Christ the Savior. The original church was torn down by the Soviet Government in 1931 to make way for a new home for the Palace of the Soviets. That building was never constructed, and in 1995, construction on a new cathedral began.
