May is a nice time of year to visit Idaho. It was a warm day in Grangeville, a small town not far from the Snake River Canyon.

Sitting in this tree full of blossoms were two blackbirds, one enjoying the bounty of the season. If you look carefully, there's a large bug trapped in its beak.
