An English Village Celebrates the Coronation

(Mark and Sam Cooke, the village publican and his wife)

The ceremony in Westminster Abbey and processions took place in London, and was watched by a TV audience estimated at 20 million, plus the audience overseas.  In addition, throughout the UK small communities had their own celebrations, either street parties or in our village, a Family Fun Day.
