Airbnb has another eye-catching promo: A year living free in a restored three-story townhouse in Sicily's Sambuca province, to be won by one lucky entrant, who can bring a maximum of two adults and two children.
And houseguests. Part of the deal is that the company expects the winner to rent out the third-floor bedroom as an Airbnb. The company says the host will keep the earnings from the rentals. The house has recently had a full make-over by a professional decorator.
The company says that “With a newfound flexibility to live and work remotely, one person will be given the opportunity to relocate to Sicily with their family, partner, or friend and move into this uniquely restored house. Ideal candidates should be committed to hosting and contributing to village life." English is required, Italian is a plus, and language and cooking classes are included.
