AA out of bankruptcy: Judge approves new agreement

American Airlines got the green light this morning from the federal judge overseeing its bankruptcy. The judge accepted the Nov. 12 agreement with the Department of Justice as not materially changing the plan for ending bankruptcy and merging with US Air. HERE
