It’s always fun while traveling to see pictures of a place’s past and learn its history, Norway’s capital has just made it easier with a project combining historic photos and Google Street View.
The images go back to around 1890, when Oslo was called Kristiania and was much smaller. Some of the pictures are very similar to today, while others have changed dramatically.
