No, that was for two. With some guilt, I admit that we finished it, and were served some extra scones as well. A luxurious afternoon, immediately preceded by a walking tour of Marx’s London, and followed by a long walk after to pay for the calories.

That Karl Marx gets more than his share of criticism. Very interesting read though. Did you know he fought to get a 12 month guarantee when you bought something new. Quite a novel idea at the time. Another Marxist ideology.

Looks like a wonderful setting to enjoy the Christmas Holidays. But to get into the European style of celebrating you should extend your Christmas through to New Year and enjoy 10 days of goodwill to all men !
