Sounds like it would be a fun place to scuba dive, assuming the water isn't too silty. Do know if they dive in the lake?

@DrFumblefinger - South Tyrol was only a stop on our way from Florence to Munich. My friends are from Germany and one of them had been here before, so we stopped for only a bite to eat on our road trip. I hope to go back and spend a bit more time exploring at some point!
