These pictures (despite the date from when first published) are actually from 2003, and I'm not sure of the answer. From the precise conformation of the image, though, I suspect that they are the same image, manipulated in the computer. However, most digital cameras these days have the ability to do this kind of manipulation. Including monochrome, which neither version of the image is... This set had a hard life.
