Drinking Water Fountain, Vienna

The city has installed 75 mobile drinking water fountains, which are in use from April to September (particularly in the tourist areas). They go by the nickname of 'Brunnhilde' and are proving very popular during the current heatwave.

I noticed this morning that at least some of them are also able to spray a cooling mist from vents on the side!

Yes, and there are separate misting devices, too, at various locations.
