The home of the popular vacation accommodation website Airbnb, San Francisco, is now considering legislation to make the de facto availability of short-term residential rentals legal.  At present local law prohibits rentals of less than 30 days...

There seems to be no limit to the range of accommodations available, but some are truly unique.

My sister has had a listing for a teepee in her semi-rural backyard in Southern California for several years. It's been so popular they've recently added a second one.

Not the one in this week's Where In the World puzzle, I assume! Seriously...that could be fun in a way that sleeping in a car on the street wouldn't, at least for me!

I prefer my accommodations ensuite, so (IMHO) neither will really do.

This imposing Scottish Highland castle built in the 19th century is set in 38 acres of beautiful, wooded grounds in a stunning coastal setting.
