Scenes from Boothill, Tombstone, Arizona

 

Tombstone remains a fairly authentic Wild West town.  It was a silver mining boom town which largely collapsed when the silver vein disappeared, but tourism has managed to keep it alive.

One of the most popular stops in town is a visit to its interesting Boothill cemetery.  Many of the graves have colorful epitaphs, like there:
