A nice stop when hiking in the Lake Louise region is Mirror Lake. You'll find Mirror Lake on the trail to Lake Agnes, approximately 1.6 miles (2.6 km) from Lake Louise.

Mirror Lake is framed by the Big Beehive -- a large dome-shaped rock formation. The lake has the lovely turquoise color of glacial melt. It's not large and is a nice place for lunch or just to rest and reflect.
