Found this classic 1958 Chevrolet Impala parked outside the Courthouse in Carson City, Nevada. We were there to pick up my older son's wedding license, so it was a good day!
The '58 Impala is one of my favorites of the older GM cars. While still nicely preserved, it was not a restored collector's car. It showed some wear and tear and looked as though it had been regularly used for the past 60 years as a commuting car. Talked briefly to its owner as he came out and, indeed, the car had been in his family for almost 60 years. Not a perfect car, but a gently used and much loved specimen.
