Honey, I Shrunk Canada!

Well, not quite, but Little Canada, a new attraction set to open in Toronto next year does feature a tiny version of the very large country, spread over 45,000 square feet of indoor space in Toronto.

Little Canada will open at 10 Dundas East, in an area of Toronto filled with shopping and other attractions as well as major transit hubs. It will use extensive animation as well as modeling. In the meantime, it's offering future visitors a chance to be part of it by being scanned in a "Littlization Station" set up in the building's lobby from 11 am on October 4.

A company official outlined the first steps for the 'new country'—"For launch, we'll be opening with our first destinations, which include; Little Niagara, Little Toronto and Petit Quebec, with a new destination opening every year or two after, until the journey reaches from coast-to-coast-to-coast," says VP Build, Dave MacLean. "You need to see it to believe it!"

The best part of every trip is realizing that it has upset your expectations
