Dylan Does Denmark

Northern Europe's biggest music festival, the annual Roskilde Festival in Denmark will open in June featuring one of rock music's biggest—and oldest—name: Bob Dylan.

Dylan, who seemed skittish of Scandinavia two years ago when he skipped his Nobel Prize dinner in Stockholm, will appear with a bunch of other headline names including The Cure, Robert Plant and Cardi B, and an even bigger list of subhead names including Tears for Fears and more.

Dylan, who will turn 78 a month before the festival opens June 29 will perform on July 3. It's not his first time at Roskilde; he appeared there several times in the 1990s and early 2000s.

The best part of every trip is realizing that it has upset your expectations
