Berlin's Brandenburg International Airport Delayed Again

Berlin's new airport, Brandenburg International Airport (BER), was supposed to open in 2011. It's opening has been delayed several times and officials are now saying flights won't happen until the second half of 2017. It's become an embarrassment and the butt of many jokes.
