The first night of my Greek adventure with Exodus Travels, I stayed at the appropriately-named Acropolis View Hotel in Athens. After touring the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum, and exploring nearby streetscapes, I spent the better part of an hour with an impromptu picnic dinner on the fifth floor observatory watching the lights come on highlighting the Parthenon and the moon rise over the city. A memory I will always treasure.
