Walking around a big city during holiday season is always a treat for the eyes. In New York City there are decorations around just about every corner and I had the chance to explore a few of those corners recently.

No visit to NYC during holiday season is complete without a visit to Rockefeller Center, even if the tree is not yet lit.

Storefronts are beautifully decorated.

Sometimes the whole building gets the treatment

And city markets are ready in full effect.

And don’t forget something warm to drink

I did a double take when I’d scrolled down to the Louis Vuitton photo. 🙂
The building is under renovation, and this is the wrapping of the scaffolding
Ah, I thought it was a bit strange as a choice for Christmas decorations. Thanks for the explanation.
I enjoy every photo! I love the holidays. A lifetime ago, I worked in NYC and saw many of the decorations and the tree lighting.
Great collection of photos! All that’s missing is snow….
Well, we got that yesterday!
