When the Cruise Ship “Queen Elizabeth 2” returns to the River Mersey the Captain gets her to perform a Pirouette in the water. As the crowds line the River they cheer and wave. The Captain sounds the fog horns as she travels up the River to dock at the Pier Head in the Centre of the City.
