It’s taken Barcelona more than 144 years to complete the Sagrada Familia basilica—and work is still continuing—but fans who buy Lego’s new Sagrada Familia kit should be able to finish sooner.
After all, the model is only two feet tall, despite having 12,060 bricks and other parts. The actual church, now the world’s tallest, is 566 feet high. Its principal architect, Antoni Gaudi, died 100 years ago this year.
Among the parts in the kits are miniature trees for the outside and colorful stained glass windows for the inside.
The Lego set, which retails for $799.99, won’t be available until November 1, but pre-orders are being taken now.
