I love discovering shots like these. It seems there are layers upon layers of trees and terrain, and sky. Looking North from the South end of this beautiful North Idaho lake, I experimented with framing and position relative to the water. The lily pads created a rough gritty bottom, and the sky was milky smooth. Come and visit any time!
