World’s Largest Fiddleheads, Plaster Rock, Canada

In Plaster Rock, New Brunswick, there is a 24 ft high wood sculpture of fiddleheads. On Canada Day, a concert is held and fiddleheads are served.

Fiddlehead ferns look like the top of a fiddle. They are a springtime delicacy and taste a little bit like asparagus. They must be properly cooked or people can get sick.
