In Turkey: “7 Wonders of McDonald’s”

McDonald’s Türkiye, which operates numbers of the arch-typical burger joints has produced a galaxy of seven that are Arch-typical, but not typical of McDonald’s at all.

The seven restaurants, which the company calls the ‘7 Wonders of McDonald’s” are all recognizably McD, but reflect the culture, lifestyle and architecture of each of the cities they’re in—Bodrum, , İzmir, Muğla, Antalya, Istanbul. Izmir and Antalya each have two. The Istanbul unit is adjacent to the historic Sirkeci station, terminal for the Orient Express.

McDonald’s Türkiye brings together seven of its most distinctive restaurants—each recognized for its architecture, location and guest experience—under the “7 Wonders of McDonald’s” project.

The special seven are part of a chain that now includes 332 restaurants, 38 opened in the past year; not all, obviously are part of the ‘7 Wonders.’
