Thank you for all these excellent pictures. I have visited Hermanus several times, and the whale watching in winter and spring is extraordinary. They come right into the harbour, just a few feet from the rocks.
Other people told us the same thing. Unfortunately, March is the wrong time.

No, sorry. There were no whales around in the early autumn, which is when we visited Hermanus.
