Lupins in Ushuaia

Ushuaia, in southern Argentina, is the capital of Tierra del Fuego and the southernmost city in the world.  When we visited in February (summer in the southern Hemisphere) the lupins were in bloom.  I thought they were lovely, both in hazy light and full sunshine.

Lupins are native to South America, although these are obviously domesticated decorative plants.
